About MLA High School
The year 1927 celebrated two significant events: the 25th anniversary of the enlightened rule of Sri Krishna Raja Wodeyar, Maharaja of Mysore and the birth of this institution.
The association grew and evolved with emphasis on developing practical skills such as tailoring, basket weaving etc. to harness women’s creativity and talent with a view to increasing women’s self reliance, self confidence as well as providing a means for financial self sustainability.

Each classroom has a large area,well-ventilated with huge windows, they offer the right atmosphere for learning.

School has computer and science labs in order to develop practical skills, to understand the nature of science and to cultivate interest in Science.
